Overview

Twinsy is a virtual assistance company, based in Los Angeles, United States. We are looking for a capable virtual assistant who can work part time for at least 30 hours per week and support our team while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

 

  • finding information for customers
  • research work
  • make calls
  • write content [articles, website copy etc]
  • being flexible for attempting unique task

Requirements:

 

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good English Language Skills
